Refund policy

 

We would be surprised if you weren’t happy with your purchase from The Modern Croft but we appreciate that it is difficult to judge a product through an online shop and fully accept that you may change your mind.

In this event
— we can offer a refund on any item
— please return it to our business address noted below in its original packaging and in saleable condition within 21 days of purchase.
— as a small independent business we are, unfortunately, unable to offer a return postage service and cannot reimburse postage costs associated with a return
— please note that in a bid to save on waste we do not send out unnecessary despatch or receipt notes with the parcel so upon returning the item please send a note with your name and order number with your package and indicate whether you are looking for an exchange or a refund.

Although we package your goods with care and consideration before they leave our store it is possible that breakages or damage can occur in transit. Worry not though - if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at hello@themoderncroft.com and we will discuss how best to resolve it with you and arrange for a fully paid return in this event if that is practicable.

Please note that you should follow all care instructions that accompany our goods to avoid unnecessary degradation or damage.
